Located just 12 miles northeast of Austin, Manor is one of the fastest growing suburbs neighboring the Texas capitol. Its leading school district, Manor ISD, is well-positioned to serve the ever growing number of families transitioning from big city to suburb life. In order to attract new families and retain its current student population of 9,000+ strong, Manor sought support in improving school-specific marketing and communications efforts for select campuses.
Gathering Insights to Understand the Landscape
Tasked with determining Manor ISD’s value proposition amongst a growing number of choice schools, CoSpero conducted a competitor’s analysis, assessing academic models, enrollment, messaging, and media channels for each of the four neighboring schools. In tandem, we conducted a landscape analysis for the selected Manor ISD campuses to understand baseline enrollment numbers, innovation model offerings, and founding messaging pillars. To illuminate stakeholder perspective, CoSpero engaged Manor ISD principals, as well as current and prospective Manor ISD parents, in virtual English-Spanish focus groups.
Bolstering Manor ISD's Outreach Strategy
Participating Manor ISD schools received district-branded and campus-specific communications toolkits to support their digital outreach efforts with current and prospective parents. These resources will support campuses to shine a light on their unique offerings – while also providing schools the opportunity to reach their audience in a clear, consistent, and compassionate manner.
